Insurance We Accept
Robert Max does accept HSA and FSA payment for services rendered. Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts are a great way to get a tax advantage on money specifically set aside for medical expenses. Our prescription eyewear and sunglasses qualify as such, so we can accept HSA and FSA funds as payment.
For individuals on EyeMed or VSP plans, we operate out of network. Our team would be more than happy to provide you with an itemized receipt upon request to ensure you’re adequately reimbursed for your glasses.
Eyewear Warranties at Robert Max
All lenses and frames purchased at Robert Max come with a minimum warranty of one year, and some of our brands will offer extended warranties for no additional charge. This warranty will cover scratches and damage to lenses as well as bending or frame defects—most of which our team can happily fix for you in-house! If you choose to add an anti-reflective or anti-scratch coating, you can choose to increase your lens warranty to two years or stick with the one-year plan if you so choose.
As we mentioned certain brands in our store may have longer manufacturer warranties to offer, and our team will be happy to explain the specifics of your warranty once you’ve selected the frames and lenses you’d like to purchase.
